Somebody messaged my mate claiming to be "Sarah," saying she was hurt and stuck in hospital, asking for a phone voucher. My mate asked if it was Sarah with one surname or the other, and the reply used my surname. Worried, my mate checked up on me, but it ended up being a total con. Seriously, don’t trust this person!!

Received the identical text, clearly a top up scam. Best just to bin it right away. Honestly, who even says fibula when trying to get help? So dodgy!
