07935 136754 rang me earlier today and some strange automated voice kept telling me my National Insurance number was about to be locked because of suspicious activity on my phone. Felt really dodgy to me.

07935212776 Got a text claiming to be from Argos saying my "order" would arrive in "8 mins" and if I had questions, ring that number. But I hadn’t bought anything from Argos, so I figured it was a scam straight away. I guess these scammers count on people getting worried and calling the number, but I’m not sure what they gain from it. Just a heads up to stay cautious!

Got a call from a number I didn't recognise. Left a recorded voice saying some law enforcement agency is taking steps and supposedly froze my National Insurance number. Didn't bother calling back since NI numbers can't get frozen, but I can imagine this might scare some folks who don't know better. Feels like something that ought to be looked into properly.

On the 3rd of June, 2019, I got this recorded call like a few others here, talking about law enforcement and my national insurance being frozen or whatnot. I just ignored it at first, but it freaked me out enough to have a proper look online and I stumbled across this website!

Today alone I got calls from 02033229136 by the looks of it, about 3 times. When I finally picked up, a woman answered and I told her straight up to never ring me again or I’ll be forced to report that number.

I got a voicemail but no actual phone number, just a recorded message claiming to be from some Law Enforcement Agency. They said I was being sued and that my national insurance info had been passed to the police. It asked me to press 1 to talk to the officer in charge of the case. Honestly, it would be really frightening for older folks or anyone more vulnerable.

I got a call from that same number earlier today, but this time it wasn’t some Law Enforcement Agency. The person claimed to be from Royal London Insurance, trying to get me to look over my insurance details. When I told them I wasn’t bothered, they kept going on with a bunch of rubbish, so I just ended up hanging up and blocking the number. It really puzzles me how these lot manage to get hold of our mobile numbers when I’ve only shared mine with close friends and family.

Today, my pregnant wife was nearly scammed out of £1276 by some so-called “Law Enforcement” group. Just the other day, on Thursday, they managed to squeeze £704 out of her too. On top of that, they were trying to get her to agree to a £339 weekly direct debit! I swear I’m gonna catch these scammers soon enough, and they won’t get away with it.
