Got a text this morning at like 4.34am saying I’d missed a delivery. Who’s up that early to send that? Proper annoying!

I got a call claiming to be from Royal Mail saying they tried to deliver something while I was out, but I was definitely in and didn’t hear any doorbell. Also, I wasn’t really waiting on any parcel around then. The voicemail said they didn’t leave a card because of COVID, which is new to me and honestly feels a bit dodgy.

It seems we received a notification from the Post Office indicating they attempted to drop off a package, but unfortunately, no one was home. They instructed us to ring them up to arrange a new delivery date. Interestingly, the message came through at 22:33, and the address provided was a .com, whereas the Post Office’s official domain is .co.uk. Quite suspicious, isn't it? I've now taken the precaution of blocking them.

So I kept phoning this “Simon” from a blocked number about 11 times 😂😂, turns out it’s a total scam. Honestly, don’t tap the link they send - it could easily hack your phone or even follow where you are. Stay safe folks!

I wasn’t expecting any package, and who even sends delivery texts that early anyway? Pretty sure it’s a scam, so I reported it. Looks like Simon's racing all over the UK in a single day, like some sort of Santa on wheels, but forgets to drop off any gifts. I’m glad I looked him up before picking up. The call came through just after 3:30 in the morning, which was a bit suspicious if you ask me.
