So, this chap reckons he's sending an engineer round to check the loft insulation because of these 'new' government rules. When I pressed for more details, he was all over the place with his answers and then just hung up without warning. Honestly, it feels like they just want to show up and upsell more insulation. What this daft caller fails to grasp is that when someone starts off with, “I’m from the government, here to assist you,” it’s the quickest way to put anyone on edge. Unbelievable, really!
