Pretty much the same deal here, some bloke saying I’ve got unsecured debt, calling from “Citizens Advice Bureau” offering to help me sort it out by consolidating my debts!!! Yeah, right... My missus wasn't having any of it, she’s not daft. Wish these conmen would find something better to do (and maybe a proper job) instead of spouting their dodgy rubbish!!!

Pretty much like the one before, this bloke claimed I had unsecured debt and was ringing from the "Citizens Advice Bureau" to help sort out my debts!!!! Yeah right.. Got a call from an Asian guy, maybe Chinese, who asked for me by name. When I said yeah, that’s me, he went quiet. I asked what it was about and he said something about ‘debt management and settling debts.’ I got annoyed and practically shouted ‘WHAT?’ then he hung up straight away. I told him to take my number off their list cause I’m not interested, but he kept yelling stuff like "I can’t I can’t" and "why?" then said "I can’t cause you’re not interested, I’m not interested." I told him I wasn't interested and asked him to take me off his list, but he said he couldn't. Told him again I didn’t give permission to use my number and to take it off, and he kept saying he was "sorry but it’s not possible". So I just ended the call.

Got a call from a bloke claiming he was with Citizens Advice, telling me my details had been handed over by some "government charity scheme" to clear some debt I don't even have. When I told him he must be mistaken, he rattled off my previous postcode, so clearly he's got hold of some old data. Got a call from a guy in India saying he was from the "Fraud Credit Investigation Department" claiming I was late on some cards and a loan. I asked him which cards and loan he was referring to, and he just repeated the same thing. Told him I don’t have any like that. He said alright and hung up. Quite a dodgy trick.
