Got a call from a bloke named Steve, said he was from a window replacement firm. Total cold call. They set up a visit from a "technician" but the guy was really condescending. Kept insisting I couldn’t decide on new windows without my husband’s say-so (seriously?!). Didn’t send any quote after that, and now the number just rings out. Feels like a dodgy scam to me.
