I got a call today about the insurance I have for drainage cover, and honestly, it was a breath of fresh air. The person I spoke to was really friendly and took the time to explain everything without rushing me, which doesn’t happen often with utility companies! They answered all my questions, and it was a much better experience than I usually have.

My elderly mum got a call about some plumbing and drainage cover, saying we owed money for bills that hadn’t been paid. They told us they tried to take payment but it didn’t go through and wanted our card details. When I phoned back to check, no one answered.

Got a call from a mobile number where someone was pretending to be from SSE. They were asking my gran for £199, which felt really dodgy. The way they spoke on the phone was just awful, definitely seemed like a scam.

Once again, I got calls from some "call blocking" service. They kept wanting my debit card info for payments. I wouldn’t hand over any details to them, they probably sell it to other scammers. Total waste of time!

I think it’s one of those call blocking companies, but honestly it’s just a dodgy scam from Bournemouth that pop up all the time.
