Scam. Same 'Dad' message as everyone else.

Got a text saying, "Hope you’re alright Dad, save this number, I’ll be using it till I sort out my phone, it’s acting up." I've been getting them every week now. I don’t actually have any kids, so this is obviously some sort of scam. I’m just gonna block the number.
