Got a call from some guy with an Indian accent claiming to be from some "claim line". He said either me or somebody close to me had been in an accident. When I asked him what accident exactly, he just said it could be anything. Told him to shut up and never ring me again. Fingers crossed I don't get another call from him.

Got a call from some bloke with a heavy Indian accent claiming to be from "The Accident Investigation Help Line," saying I’d been in an accident. I noticed the number was the same as one that rang me yesterday but just hung up on me without a word. So this time I asked why they called and why they’d hung up before, and before I could say anything else, he just ended the call again. Utter waste of time.

This number ringed me three times already today. A bloke with an Indian accent claimed I’d been in a crash, and then said I was wasting his time. He even threatened to charge me a hundred quid. Needless to say, I told him to jog on.

So over the weekend I had a bit of a crash and ended up with a concussion. Then this number rings me and I’m left wondering how on earth they knew about my accident. A guy with an Indian accent answered and started rambling about me getting thousands of pounds, even though he had no clue what had happened. Totally felt like some dodgy call centre trying their luck!

So, I got this call about me being involved in some accident, which was totally not true. I told them straight away that I wasn’t in any accident and just ended the call. Then, out of the blue, I received a text saying my claim was approved or something like that. Pretty clear it was a scam, so I just blocked the number and deleted the message.

This company is beyond annoying! I’ve never signed up with them and have no plans to, yet they keep ringing me up. Every time I pick up, I explain that I’m not interested and ask to be taken off their list. But still, just this week I’ve received about 9 voicemails from them, even though I’ve blocked their number because of the constant pestering. Absolutely maddening!

I've set my voicemail to say something like, "Sorry, can't pick up right now because of my work. Please leave a message." It’s quite effective actually - I get loads of missed calls but hardly anyone leaves a message, apart from mates or people I know. Also, I just don’t pick up calls from numbers I don’t recognise. If it’s really urgent, they’ll drop a message anyway!

I got a call from someone who sounded like they were in a call centre. This guy with an Indian voice said he was ringing about an accident I'd supposedly been in. I told him there was no accident, and then he just ended the call.

Got a call from this number, no one spoke but there was background noise like a busy office or call centre. Just as I was trying to figure it out, the line went dead. When I tried calling back, O2 told me that the person couldn’t answer. Strange!

Somebody called saying they were from an insurance firm about an accident. I decided to humour them but after a bit it switched to sounding like a recorded message. So, I put the call on speaker and muted myself so they couldn’t hear a thing, yet they just sat quiet on the line. Pretty clear to me that it was a total scam :/

Got a call about some car crash I never had. Complete nonsense! I told them straight up it was a lie since I haven’t got a driving licence at all. Ended up blocking the number and reporting it to the TPS as well.

Got a call from some random number, didn’t pick up though, just a right pain if it’s one of those annoying types.

Not sure which company this is, but it seems like one of those insurance or accident scams. I got a message saying my claim's been sorted out, even though I've never had an accident. Definitely don't answer or reply to any calls or messages from them.
