Got a robo-call that sounded proper official, claiming to be from HMRC about some tax matter. I didn’t bother hanging around to hear more since I’m well aware HMRC don’t ring you on your mobile and would always send a letter if there was anything tax-related. I’m pretty sure they were just after my bank info for a supposed 'refund'. Nope, thanks, I’m fine without any “refund”. I’m PAYE, so all my tax stuff is sorted by my company’s accountant anyway.
