They then asked for the one-time code sent to my phone, and foolishly I gave it to them. Not long after, my bank messaged asking if I’d authorised a payment or if I suspected fraud. I hung up straight away and rang my bank. Now I’m waiting on a new card, but luckily they didn’t manage to take the £79.50.
