He introduced himself as David, calling himself 'the window bloke' and a 'joiner'. Just as I was about to ask what he wanted, the call dropped and he hasn’t rung again since. I looked it up here and it looks like a scam, which is a relief to know. Kinda creepy how he knew my name though.
