Just got a call from this number claiming it was some sort of bank alert - said there was a purchase on Amazon and money sent abroad. I’m pretty sure it’s a scam since I don’t shop on Amazon, plus if they think there’s cash in my bank, they’re clearly looking at the wrong account - I never have a penny in there. Feels like a really dodgy call, especially for older folks who might get really worried. Why is it so hard to track these people down?
