Just got a text claiming to be my son saying "hi dad this is my new number." No way I'd believe it, my lad would tell me first before changing his number. Deleted it straight away - definitely a scam.

Total SCAM. Got a text saying "Hey Dad, this is my new number," then suddenly asking for money to sort a bill, saying they can't get into their mobile banking but will pay it back soon. Seriously, just ignore and don’t fall for it!
