Got a dodgy text from this number pretending to be Virgin. It said my direct debit hadn’t gone through and told me to click on some link (virgin final-notice{###)) to fix it in 24 hours. Totally fake, don’t fall for it. I’ve already blocked the caller.

Got a dodgy text claiming to be from Halifax bank from the number 07932802702 saying something like: "halifaxbank: on 06/11 you added a new device for mobile banking. if this wasnt you, check here: f#]halifax bank-device[###]". The link goes to a phishing site that looks just like the real mobile banking login page. Watch out and dont click it!
