Got a call from a woman with a foreign accent claiming my BT broadband speed was all over the place and she needed some details for her tech team to sort it out. I said I’d first test my internet speed myself and then give BT a ring back. She just ended the call straight away. Definitely a SCAM.

Got two calls from them just 10 minutes apart. They kept asking me to hit 1 or 2 to chat about some £1800 payment supposedly made on Amazon. Pretty suspicious if you ask me.
