To me, it felt like he was just trying to encourage people to explore their spirituality. Of course, everyone might see it differently, but personally, i thought it was a nice message. Just echoing what others have said about Josh. It's raising a few eyebrows how he's managed to acquire our phone numbers - I've been inundated with dodgy calls and texts lately myself. It seems likely that a lot of these scammers keep lists of numbers, perhaps even trading them amongst themselves. I reckon my number’s made its way onto one of those lists. The best course of action? Simply ignore any unknown callers and make sure to block them. Be vigilant and don’t let your guard down when getting unexpected calls; these lowlifes often target the more vulnerable, especially the elderly. It's really important to have a chat with your relatives about this and keep them informed. Stay safe out there!

got a txt from +447931322030 saying something like: “hey, i’m josh, supernatural faith is boundless, believing in yourself and jesus christ and the bible can help you in all parts of life. god bless”. it said it was a random no and maybe a church person trying to spread goodwill. could be genuine or just someone taking advantage of lonely people during this lockdown to scam ’em outta their money. the poor spelling and grammar don’t really scream professional church outreach, so i’m suspicious it’s the latter. defo not replying to that.

Honestly, the English was so rubbish that I really hope they were just struggling with it as a second language rather than being that careless on purpose.

I’ve discovered that the chap’s complete name is Joshua Martin Price. A quick search of his email led me straight to his website. I also put his email into Facebook and voilà-there’s his page all geared up to advertise his site. No doubt about it, it's him. I'm baffled as to how he’s managed to get hold of our phone numbers, but I’m certainly going to inform the proper authorities about this.
