On the 5th of April, 2025, I received a phone call from a woman with an Indian accent claiming to be from Virgin. She mentioned there were "issues being reported by customers in your vicinity." She wanted to know if I'd faced any internet troubles. When I questioned the reason for her call, she repeated it was due to problems some Virgin internet users nearby were having. Honestly, I can't pinpoint why I ended the call, but her flat tone and rigid sticking to the script made me lose interest.
