Honestly, it's safer just to ignore the call and not engage with whoever's on the other end.

Got a call and when I picked up, someone said “Hello, this is Amazon,” so I hung up straight away. Then, just a second after, another call from an ‘Unknown Number’ came through telling me to press 2 to talk to customer service - I ended it again immediately. Total scam, don’t fall for it!
