Oddly, he kept going over my postcode several times and then asked for my birthday. I told him if he really had proof I’d overpaid, he’d already have my details. He said he needed to send me some paperwork but insisted he didn’t actually require my date of birth to do so. I'll hold off and see if anything turns up by post.
