Got a voicemail from some daft lad from Lancashire, calling me a waste of his time because I didn't pick up his calls. Never even asked to be bothered with his so-called tips. Then he goes and texts me, calling me a proper c**t and wishing I'd get cancer... bloody legend, that one.

I got a ring from this number and right away, the bloke was rattling on about some guaranteed horse wins that’d apparently make me loads of dosh. He wanted me to cough up £99 every three months to get the info, saying that 20 out of 30 horses would earn me around £700 to £800 on average. I told him I wasn’t up for it and he started throwing all sorts of rude words at me! Proper unpleasant chap. Just thought I’d warn others to give him a miss!

Had a bloke call me with a thick Yorkshire accent, saying he was ringing about a horse tip and asked if I'd 'put money on'. I told him he’d got the wrong number. Then he asked how long I had this number and I told him ages. Managed to get him to double-check the number he was trying to reach and it turned out it was mine - he said sorry and hung up. Might have been legit but now I’m bricking it that I’ll get a massive phone bill! Tried calling the number back a few times from work, and wouldn’t you know it, no one picks up!
