Sounds like a scam to me. Got a robo-call saying it was Amazon about my Prime membership renewing yearly. It asked me to press 1 to make changes, but since it was from a mobile number, I didn't bother. I looked up my Amazon account and I’m definitely on a monthly plan, plus the price they mentioned was wrong anyway. Best just to ignore or hang up if you get this.
