I got a voicemail saying there was an attempt to withdraw £900 from my credit card and to press 1 if I wanted to stop the payment. Don’t do it! If you press that number it transfers you to a scammer who’ll try to get your banking info. It’s a total con, set up so they can trick you into handing over your password by asking loads of questions. No genuine bank or credit card firm would ever ask for your password after a recorded fraud notification like this. Just hang up immediately!
