Got a call from 07930165412 on 24 April around 1.40 pm. The caller said her name was Hayley Moore and was ringing for Omega Home Solutions. She was trying to sell a home insulation survey. She mentioned something about fibreglass roof insulation not being suitable anymore. I told her I already have 6 inches of fibreglass with tongue and groove boarding over it, so I wasn’t keen. They wanted to book me in for an appointment the next day but I declined.

I got a call from someone saying they were from the National Energy Centre. They said my insulation wasn’t up to scratch and that I qualified for a free replacement grant. I wasn’t interested and told them no cheers.

They claimed they were from the National Energy Centre, saying my insulation wasn’t good enough and I could get a free re-insulation. I wasn’t convinced at all and just ended the call. Nothing comes without a catch these days.
