I've been dealing with a chap named Ben Arnold from safestyle-windows.co.uk, and he’s been relentlessly pestering my elderly parents, who are well into their 80s. It's been going on for a couple of months now, and during his latest visit when I happened to be there, he had the audacity to claim he wasn't breaking any laws and that he plans to keep on with this harassment. He even dropped off pamphlets at their home in SE London, despite the prominent "No leaflets, no cold callers" sign posted on their door. This has turned into quite a distressing situation for them, and I fear that in their vulnerable state, they might unwittingly agree to something they clearly do not need. If I can't get through to him during our upcoming conversation, I’ll have no choice but to involve the authorities.
