My elderly parents, both in their 80s, have been repeatedly hassled by a man called Ben Arnold from safestyle-windows.co.uk / safestyle.co.uk, trying to pressure them into getting replacement windows. This has been happening for about two months now. I happened to be at their place in SE London the last time he rang, and he outright told me he wasn’t doing anything illegal and intended to keep at it. Despite their door clearly displaying a "No leaflets, no cold callers" sign, he’s also been leaving flyers (phone number 08000 730 101) through their letterbox. It’s really upsetting for them, and I’m worried they might end up agreeing to something they don’t want just to get him off their backs. If talking to him doesn’t sort this out, I’ll be reporting it to the police.
