Just got a call at 8:19 in the morning, new week, new number but that same dodgy scam. Some guy who introduced himself as Mike, sounded Indian or Asian, claiming he’s from a ‘telephone refund department’. Said he’s gonna give me back over £200 that i was supposedly overcharged, but wanted me to verify some info first. I asked him again for his name and he stuck with Mike. Told him straight up he’s a scammer and told him to jog on.
