Like others have said before me, this looks like a total scam to me. The NHS have ended their official contact tracing calls, and this message came from a random private number with no way to check who it’s from. It’s bound to freak people out so if you’re unsure, don’t click any links in the text. Instead, just do a lateral flow test or check the official NHS advice.
