Probably a scam - I got a text warning me that "Your O2 services could be stopped on 28/11/2025 as you haven’t agreed to the new Terms of Use" with a dodgy link attached. I’m not even with O2 so it’s definitely fishy. Also, just gives you a single day’s notice to freak out, which seems designed to rush you into clicking. Stay careful folks!

Got a call from someone claiming to be O2 warning me my account would be blocked unless I agreed to some new terms. Checked my O2 app and there's no mention of any changes. Feels like a dodgy scam to me.
