Got an automated call supposedly from bank security saying there were 2 payments on my account to people I didn’t know, one around £80 and the other over £800. The message said to press 1 to stop these payments or 2 to talk to someone. Seemed suspicious since they never said which bank or card provider it was about. I just ended the call and blocked the number. No idea who Telephonica UK Ltd even are, and I don’t think they’re following the TPS rules properly.
