Curiously, when I probed him about how he obtained my loft's details, he seemed to lose his composure. The number displayed was from GiffGaff, and the caller introduced himself as "Andrew Rae," which struck me as odd since he happens to be an ex-lodger of mine. Is this a case of Andrew's career taking a nosedive and him turning to telemarketing? It makes one wonder if he’s bothering acquaintances on purpose; we've been inundated with calls, seemingly from India, ever since he vacated, with each caller inquiring for Andrew Rae. I figured he might have skipped out on a gym membership, which somehow found its way to a debt agency in the Indian subcontinent. Truth be told, I hardly pay any mind to these calls as I’m seldom home during the day. This recent caller, however, had specific knowledge about our house number and the loft insulation topic, alongside that former lodger's name, and he appeared rather on edge. He refused to disclose which company he represented, mentioning something about his manager being unavailable for a couple of hours.
