Someone attempted to con my older folks, so I just ended the call straight away.

Got a call from this number but couldn't answer. A few days back, a very close number rang me claiming to be from Eco Homes, asking about my loft insulation. Sounds like a total scam to me. After seeing what others have said, I reckon it's probably the same lot.

Some young bloke rang me up all tangled in his words, kept throwing in "like" and "you know" all the time, trying to tell me my loft insulation, from a house I sold over 17 years ago, was no longer up to code. No clue how he had my info, probably just one of those spam calls. He said he'd take me off their list, but I got another call today from a different number - which I've reported too.

He called claiming he was offering a free insulation check from when my place was built, saying it was all prepaid. Asked if they could pop round tomorrow. I mentioned I’m in construction and hadn’t come across anything like that, so asked him to send me more details. Then, he just ended the call!

Got a call about home insulation, something about info from a scheme when the insulation was fitted. The person was quite rude when I said I wasn’t interested in having a surveyor out. I marked it as spam and blocked the number straight away.

I didn’t wanna chat so I just hung up, but was curious about the caller so I looked the number up here. So happy I did, going straight into my blocked list now!

I got a call from someone saying they put loft insulation in my home a couple of years back (which is rubbish), then said it needed this H&E check for some kind of certificate. Asked if I could book an appointment with them for it. Seemed really suspicious to me, like a bit of a scam.
