I pay my TV licence by Direct Debit once a year, but it’s not due in September. It should’ve been sorted through gov.uk like usual. I looked up the number on who called me and realised straight away it’s a scam. Don’t go near any links they send. Since O2 took over from Virgin, I’ve been getting scam texts nearly every week - all from numbers listed under Telefonica, which own O2. Really frustrating. Just gotta keep your guard up.

I got a call from +44 7927358656 telling me my TV Licence fee was overdue, but that’s definitely not right! Sounds like a total scam to me.
