I received a text from +447926994890 on the 18th of April, 2022, at 1:33 PM, which read: "NHS: You’ve been in correspondence with an individual who has been found to have the omicron variant. Kindly click here to arrange your PCR test…" It's worth noting that the Government's regular Test and Trace initiative has come to a close. The standard practice of tracking and notifying individuals who have been exposed to someone with a positive Covid-19 result has ceased. As a result, I’m going to regard this message as dubious or potentially fraudulent.
