Do NOT trust this call!! It's clearly a trick to access your PC!! A lady with a South Asian accent said she was from Sky broadband and told me my internet was slow sometimes and that her bosses were working on fixing it. She wanted me to open my laptop and do a speed test, then faked transferring me to another lady, also South Asian, who asked me to run some software on my laptop!! She seemed really pushy, like she needed me to cooperate to "fix" my issue!! I told her I’d ring Sky’s official number myself and she just kept babbling, so I ended the call.
