What a convoluted rigmarole to confirm someone's identity! The moment I got the call, my instincts were screaming caution. I decided to reach out to the rozzers in Hatfield, and they advised me to snag a phone number before letting anyone gain access. When I received that pre-visit call, I expressed my discomfort, and wouldn't you know it, the caller hung up on me so swiftly it nearly left me gasping! Clearly, this has all the hallmarks of a scam, though I can only speculate what they were ultimately after.

We got a call about checking our solar panels and booked an appointment. But when we phoned back to confirm, the person gave dodgy details and cut us off when we questioned it. Obviously, no one showed up like they said they would. Total waste of time.
