Some bloke called up saying I could get a discount on my phone bill, but it was for the wrong company! They didn’t seem to have a clue who I was. When I said, "If you’re calling me, shouldn’t you already have my details?" they got all pushy and kept nagging for my personal info like it was some kinda emergency. Proper rude behaviour, to be honest.
