I had no clue who was calling so I just ignored it and let it ring out to voicemail. The message was some sort of automated voice, sounded like a woman speaking, first in Chinese and then in English. It warned me that my phone service would be cut off in a couple hours unless I pressed one. Obviously I didn’t bother pressing anything. I’ve since blocked the caller.
