Some bloke rang claiming to be James Murphy and wanted to talk to our managing director. He actually knew the MD’s name, which was a bit surprising. When I said I’d pass on a message, he got pretty annoyed.

He was really pushy and quite rude throughout. Eventually, my doctor picked up and it turned out the caller was with some overseas foreign exchange firm.
