Pretty much the same situation as the first time, but this time JOHN SIMON (?) was really nasty, arrogant, and quite rude. He finished up by saying he was only following orders from BT!

Someone rang me saying they were from BT and told me my IP had switched from Private to Public. They said I needed to pay to change it back to a private IP. I said I didn’t really understand what they were talking about and then they just ended the call without saying anything else.
