Got a call from a woman wanting to chat with whoever handles our Yell site. I'm so sick of these sorts of calls. We always say we're not interested and block their number, but they just ring again the next day from another number. They really don't know when to quit.

Got a call from a lady asking to chat with whoever handles our Yell website. I told her we're really tired of getting loads of calls like this all the time and that we're not interested. We have asked a few companies for quotes before, but they all wanted way more than what we currently pay Yell.

I got a call from a company called OSAM Websites who were pushing their website management services, saying it’s cheaper than what Yell.com charges. Right now, I’m paying Yell around £115 per month for my website, reputation management, and top spot in some local searches, but honestly, I haven’t seen any jobs come from them. I’m seriously considering ditching the full Yell service and just keeping their free listing. OSAM offered me basically the same service for just £200 plus VAT for the whole year! That’d save me well over a grand annually, which seems a no-brainer.
