Received a call from someone requesting my banking information. I firmly told them to bugger off!

I've been receiving calls from the same persistent Asian gentleman, who identifies himself as James Herbert and claims to be affiliated with the Citizens Advice Bureau. However, I had a chat with an actual representative not long ago, and they made it crystal clear that they never engage in random calls to offer financial advice or similar services. I've taken the step to report this dubious activity to the National Fraud & Cyber Crime Reporting Centre via their Action Fraud portal. For others in the same boat, the Action Fraud hotline number is 0300 123 2040. I've also submitted details of 21 other phone numbers linked to this individual, all peddling the same tall tales.
