Today, I got yet another text, so I’ve decided to block them, hoping that’ll be the last I hear from them. We’re trying to sell a car through Trade this, and I received a call from someone who mentioned they were from Car Advertising Media or something along those lines. She insisted she had plenty of interested buyers in our area, but it would set us back £99.99. I’ve since reported them to Hertfordshire Trading Standards and also flagged it with our local police.
