Had a call from some sort of 'savers club' person. I tried messing them about for a bit to kill some time, but when they wouldn’t take the hint, I got a bit annoyed. They just kept banging on about stuff I couldn't make head or tail of, and how they could prevent unwanted calls. Eventually, I just ended the call. Now I’m getting around five calls every day, even late at night and on Sundays. It’s really getting on my nerves and feels a bit intimidating. I usually let the phone go to voicemail, but why should I have to get a new phone just to deal with these dodgy calls?

Got a call saying it was a consumer report, claimed they called while we weren’t home. Their number didn’t come up anywhere. I wouldn’t answer any of their questions, feels like they’re just trying to fish for info. Bit suspicious compared to what other comments say.

WATCH OUT !!! Some bloke rang saying he was doing a consumer survey. I told him I wasn't interested and hung up. Instead of stopping, he kept going so I ended up blowing a loud whistle down the phone before putting it down. Then a few minutes later, he rang back threatening to shove the whistle in my eyes! That got him another few loud blasts from me. He hasn’t called since, but if he tries again on the same number, he’ll get the same treatment. Definitely one of those dodgy cold calls - DO NOT ENGAGE OR SHARE ANY INFO !!

Got a call from this number not long ago, and I’m on the TPS list! The voice on the other end had a strong Indian accent but it was too muddled for me to understand properly. Quickly pressed the big red block button on my phone to stop another dodgy scammer from bothering me again.

Got a call saying my dad had just done some kind of survey. I told them he passed away about six years ago, but the person kept going on. I warned them that if they'd phoned my mum it would’ve upset her loads. Still, they didn’t stop, so I lost it a bit, swore and told them not to ring back before hanging up. After that, they phoned me half a dozen more times, but luckily they seem to have given up now as I haven’t heard from them in a while.

These folks claim to be from Savers Club and say they're checking in about a survey we supposedly joined, which we never did. Even after telling them we're not interested and to quit calling, we still get like 3 to 5 calls every day. It's really annoying!
