Got a call from this number, some bloke claiming he was from Amazon. He had an English name but spoke with a strong Asian accent. He told me I’d ordered something for £799 and wanted to verify the payment. It sounded fishy, like a scam to grab my card info, so I asked who he was trying to reach. He just kept going on about the transaction and kept saying who he was supposed to be. I asked again who he wanted to talk to, but he didn’t answer. After asking a third time, he just hung up.
