Got a really dodgy call from someone claiming to be Microsoft. He said my computer was hacked and tried to guide me through fixing it remotely. I told him straight away I wasn’t trusting him as it sounded like a scam. Then he passed me over to his “manager,” who was pretty aggressive and kept insisting I type stuff into my computer to prove he was legit. I told him again this was a scam and that Microsoft wouldn’t ring me from a random mobile number, plus I was going to report them. They ended the call, swearing at me. Proper nasty con artists!
