Got a robocall from "Bank Security" just now. They said they’ve put a hold on two dodgy payments - one for £199 supposedly to Amazon, and another £899 charge they say came from me. Apparently, these are flagged because I've never done anything like this on my account before. I could press 1 if I wanted them to go ahead, or press 2 to talk to someone in their security team. Bit suspicious if you ask me!
