It really came across as a robotic voice, nothing natural about it. The pauses in between words made it clear it wasn’t a person. They said something like, "Hi, this is John Pattington, your energy advisor near you. Are you the owner of this property?" I just answered that I wasn’t sure. Then the bot replied abruptly, "Thanks for your time, goodbye." I'd be cautious with this sort of call - they start by probing about who owns your home, which seems quite sketchy. I’ve had calls like this before, and they ended up asking loads of personal questions afterwards. Definitely a bit iffy.
