It sounded like an automated voice. No matter what I said, unless I replied with a yes or no, it just kept asking the same question about some bogus accident.

This one never fails for me. I usually say, "Thanks for ringing, but can I call you back in a moment?" Then I hang up, wait around 15 seconds, pick up again and say, "Hold the line please, your call is very important and someone will be with you soon." After that, I just leave the phone alone and let them keep waiting till they end the call.

Sounds like one of those dodgy scams asking for your bank info. They don’t want to give a landline number, refuse email contact, and if you try ringing their mobile back it’s always turned off. Definitely not a legit company.

Got a text today from one of the four numbers that keep pestering me daily, so I blocked it. They ring me a few times each day and when I block one, they just call from a different number. It’s proper annoying!
