got a txt around 15:34 on 08/05/20 saying they couldnt handle my bill. It said to update my payment details. looks like a phishing attempt to me. sender was something like [#]o2[###] bill94 1[s###]

Got a call from someone saying they were 02 and that my recent bill hadn't gone through. They wanted me to update my payment details, so I clicked the link they sent me. It led to a site that looked just like the real 02 page - very convincing. But since I knew my last payment was fine and hadn’t changed any details, I decided to check the number here. Turns out it’s a nasty scam, and honestly, I nearly got caught out by how believable it was.
