I was asleep when this number rang me. Luckily, I didn’t pick up because I had no idea who it was. They haven't done a thing to help me land a job but keep bombarding me with calls, emails and texts full of pointless questions that just waste my time.

Got a call from the National Careers Service at 18:42, which surprised me as they’ve already rung me a few times and even emailed. I wonder why they’re so persistent. Maybe Universal Credit shared my details with them or something? Not really sure what’s going on here.
